Provide us with the names of all interested parties or entities. In the event of an affiliation or potential conflict, all parties will be notified.
3.
Have all participants to the mediation review and sign a Letter of Engagement for our mediation services.
4.
Determine whether to submit a mediation statement. Decide whether it is to be exchanged with all participants or shared only with the mediator on a "confidential basis".
5.
Attend the mediation. Mediation sessions are typically held in our offices however our mediators will travel to conduct the mediation if the parties so request. Additional fees will apply if travel is required.
